Lincoln Investment Planning, Inc. is founded
by Nick Forst. Believing educators needed guidance to achieve financial
security, Nick worked to convert savers into investors. At a time
when fixed products were the only investment vehicles available
to educators, Lincoln Investment introduced variable investment
products to expand their menu of choice and potential opportunity
to retire well. |
| 1969 |
Lincoln Investment obtained its first major
contract with the Philadelphia School District. As a testament

Lincoln Investment was one of the first companies to offer mutual

Severe market fluctuation in the early 1970s
made Lincoln Investment want to help its investors better manage
risk. As a result, Lincoln Investment created the first risk reduction
strategy available to educators in the 403(b) marketplace. |

Lincoln Investment continued its expansion beyond
the Philadelphia region, helping investors through strategic branch
